SV42 Banner Rendering

SV42 Banner Rendering

This is the base from which MTI’s 2012 Miami Boat Show banner for the SV42 was created.  This was allowed to render for 12 hours using Bunkspeed Shot, set to use the i7 2600K CPU instead of the dedicated GPU or a hybrid setting.  After a point the render time will follow the law of diminishing returns, unless you need a very large picture.  In this case, it was for a very large banner and the resolution needed to be very high.  In it’s original 30+mb png file, crystal clear lines can be seen even when zoomed in on small features such as the gas fill or deck cleat.  After the render was completed, MTI’s in-house designer used Adobe Photoshop to touch the picture up and to add some other effects such as upholstery details and text.  The finished picture is available on MTI‘s website.
